Job Title: Residential Operations Director

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our residential operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, ensuring high-quality care services, and maintaining positive relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the support worker teams to deliver exceptional care services.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of allocated sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Oversee medication plans, distribution, and administration to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Respond promptly to unplanned support calls, incidents, and feedback from clients and staff.
  • Identify and escalate disputes or complaints in a timely manner, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Liaise with property managers to report any maintenance issues or incidents at sites.
  • Conduct regular audits on fire drills, first aid kits, and WHS procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in leadership roles, preferably in health or social care settings.
  • Strong knowledge of the disability sector and its changing landscape.
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills, with a focus on customer service and quality assurance.
  • A willingness to take ownership and hold others accountable for their actions.
  • High-level computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in sensitive situations.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • A current National Police Check.
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Evidence of current work rights in Australia.
  • A valid Australian driver's license.
