About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a new, premium residential building. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team and take on a leadership role in managing this high-end property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all contractors on site, ensuring work is carried out to a high standard and meeting deadlines
  • Maintain all building procedures and protocols
  • Liaise with owners, executive committee members, and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Provide guidance and advice on annual expenditure and budgets
  • Create and present monthly reports to stakeholders
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and compliance with relevant legislation
  • Attend scheduled committee meetings and Annual General Meetings
Requirements
  • At least 3 years experience in property management
  • Sound knowledge of Strata Schemes, Statutory Legislation, and WHS
  • Professional presentation with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing defects preferred
  • Ambitious and looking for a role where you can develop your career
  • Hold a valid driver's license and own transportation
