Secondary School Senior Leader

The successful candidate will be a highly skilled educational leader, responsible for driving the development and provision of the education program at our school.
This is a senior leadership position that requires strong educational leadership skills, including visionary and exemplary educational leadership, financial management, organisational and resource planning, as well as policy and program development and review.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing change, including the leadership of others in the process of change, and demonstrated ability to implement departmental policies to a high level.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the curriculum or level coordinators;
- Allocating resources within the area of responsibility;
- Supervising the delivery of teaching programs;
- Managing professional development programs for staff;
- Coordinating general discipline matters beyond classroom teachers and year level coordinators;
This is an ongoing full-time position offering a range of employment conditions and working arrangements. The successful candidate must be appropriately qualified and registered with the relevant teaching authority.
