Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Post-Sales Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Delivery Services organisation, you will play a critical role in ensuring we deliver solutions to customers within the functional and technical constraints of our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Architecture & Design workshops to drive successful and streamlined implementations for external customers.
  • Take ownership of requests within the custom work stream and drive process improvement with direction and support provided from the leadership team.
  • Contribute to the development of Statement of Work, Change Requests and System Architecture documentation for customers within the post-sales stream.
  • Analyse business requirements and system specifications to provide strategic expertise to internal and external customers.
  • Solve complex system and technological problems while ensuring specifications align to scalability and efficiency pillars of business.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure proposed delivery schedules are achievable.
  • Be a key point of escalation for complex Deputy builds to support customers.
  • Evaluate risks of proposed system architecture and design specifications as required.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including an understanding of how to interpret customer business needs.
  • High-level technical literacy to help with the evaluation, design, and documentation of technical solutions.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt to suit the appropriate audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce reports, analysis, business requirements, functional specification documents, and other communications.
  • Effective facilitation skills to allow for the ability to facilitate group discussions.
