As an Electronic Security Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining a wide range of alarm and security systems, CCTV systems, intercom systems, and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install and service alarm and security systems, CCTV systems, intercom systems, and access control systems.
  2. Provide preventative maintenance for alarm and CCTV systems.
  3. Work with a variety of security systems, including Gallagher, Integriti, Tecom, Genetec, Axis, Hikvision, and Milestone.
  4. Liaise with key customers on technical and service matters.
  5. Collaborate with the team to attend service call-outs as they arise.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to clients at all times.
  7. Demonstrate the ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience with high-end electronic security systems.
  2. Ability to program a wide variety of premium access control panels.
  3. Extensive knowledge of IP networks.
  4. Current security industry license - 2BC.
  5. Work Cover OH&S General induction card and Cabling license.
  6. Proven track record of working independently with attention to detail.
  7. Competency with IP cameras, video management software, and networks.
  8. Valid driver's license.
