Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused representative to provide exceptional service, advice, and product solutions to trade and retail customers.

  • Provide exceptional service and product solutions to customers.
  • Tint paint products to customer requirements.
  • Control inventory, receive goods, and maintain stock levels.
  • Process orders in-store and by phone.
  • Replenish stock, including 15L paint drums.
  • Build strong relationships with repeat customers and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest colour forecasts and product releases.
  • Assist with visual displays, store presentation, and housekeeping.
  • Comply with safe work practices.
About You:
  • You possess strong communication skills and a genuine desire to deliver outstanding service.
  • You have previous experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • You have experience with stock handling and merchandising.
  • You can perform manual tasks, including lifting 15L cans of paint.
  • You have basic numeracy skills to perform POS transactions and comprehend tint percentages/ratios.
  • You can follow instructions and work effectively unsupervised.
  • You possess problem-solving skills.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Desirable: Trade experience is highly regarded, and you have expertise in colour and design choices.
