Director of Commercial Property Management

We are seeking an experienced Director of Commercial Property Management to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the strategic direction of our commercial property management division and drive significant growth and profitability within your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our diverse commercial property portfolio.
  • Champion PM database growth and ensure seamless administration.
  • Conduct lease negotiations and renewals, optimizing tenant relations and profitability.
  • Maintain excellent communication with both tenants and landlords, ensuring all parties are informed and satisfied.
  • Lead and mentor the property management team to excel under your direction.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience and success in property management.
  • Strong skills in PM database administration and lease negotiation.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial leases and the legal aspects of property management.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • A current Full Real Estate Licence or Registration Certificate.
  • Familiarity with Cirrus8 software will be considered an asset.
