Logistics Manager

The Logistics Coordinator role is a proactive and organised position that manages scheduling of people and equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations and optimal resource use.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming operations phone calls, providing high level customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Evaluate plant and labour supplied to meet site-specific requirements.
- Plan, prioritise and allocate works received from project managers and clients including required resources, maintenance scheduling and future works forecasting.
- Oversee regular maintenance and inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure they meet safety standards.
Requirements:
- A current Driver's Licence.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Logistics and Operational Scheduling role.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and other IT software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise operational needs daily.
- Proven track record in scheduling assets and resources to achieve specific timeframes and deliverables.
