We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Systems Support Analyst. This role is part of a 12-month MAT leave contract with a focus on HR and Payroll systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our HR & Payroll projects, ensuring smooth system updates and changes. They will perform analysis, triage and resolution of Level 2 incidents to provide solutions assisting HR, Payroll and IT teams to perform at their best.

The role will also involve:

  • Team member/user administration
  • Data integrity management
  • User support through documentation and guidance

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years in a similar Level 2 support or analyst role, preferably within HRIS or Payroll environments
  • Experience supporting enterprise HR and Payroll Systems (Oracle HCM, UKG Dimensions etc.)
  • Strong understanding of HRIS and Payroll process and data structures
  • Proficiency in user administration and access control
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
