Responsibilities:- Provide expert nursing care, including conducting examinations, administering medications, and assisting with minor procedures
- Lead and coordinate the nursing team to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery
- Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and protocols to uphold best practice standards
- Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and other healthcare team members to provide seamless patient care
- Mentor and guide nursing staff, ensuring their skills and knowledge are up-to-date
