Position Overview:- Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including conducting physical examinations, administering medications, and assisting with minor medical procedures.
- Coordinating and managing the nursing team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
- Developing and implementing nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain the highest standards of clinical practice.
- Collaborating with doctors, allied health professionals, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participating in the training and development of nursing staff, including providing mentorship and guidance.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a general practice or similar primary care setting.

- Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a nursing team.
- Familiarity with nursing informatics and the use of electronic medical records.
