Casual Hospital Nursing Position

Mater Health Services are seeking experienced and passionate Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to work as casual nurses in a hospital setting.
About the Role:- Optimize patient outcomes by providing high-quality care throughout the patient journey and continuum of care.
- Provide exceptional clinical expertise, procedural knowledge, and management skills to deliver outstanding care to patients.
- Implement quality and risk management strategies to ensure effective service provision.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to provide exceptional care and maintain a positive work environment.
- Maintain current knowledge and skills to ensure continued professional growth and development.
- You hold current AHPRA nursing registration as an Enrolled Nurse without any restrictions.
- Prior experience as an Enrolled Nurse in General Surgery or a similar field is highly desirable.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to effectively liaise with various stakeholders at different levels.
- You can operate both independently and as part of a team, using initiative, sound reasoning, and strong listening, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- You have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring that high standards of service are consistently delivered to patients.
