Witchery Store Manager - VIC

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving the store's financial performance and company key performance indicators. This role requires creating a customer-centric culture, delivering exceptional customer service, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, profit, and productivity.
  • Ensure the team has a clear understanding of business objectives and commercial acumen.
  • Lead and empower the team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
  • Adhere to company behaviours, policies, and procedures.
  • Embody the company's cultural values of customer obsession, collaboration, inspiration, responsibility, and dedication to quality.

Attributes and Qualifications:

  • Passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and strong personal style and presentation.
  • Proven experience in managing a retail, hospitality, or similar business.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Experience in managing team performance, productivity, training, and development.
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
