Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remote Healthcare Professional to join our team in Gunbalanya. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary healthcare to the local community and surrounding homelands.

You will work closely with our experienced remote leadership team to promote Aboriginal health principles and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Your expertise in remote area settings and adaptability will be invaluable in providing culturally appropriate care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality primary healthcare to the Gunbalanya community and surrounding homelands
  • Work within the remote health setting to promote Aboriginal health principles and comply with applicable legislation
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver a comprehensive primary care service

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Experience in remote area settings in Australia
  • Proven clinical experience and adaptability
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Willingness to travel to remote communities by air and 4WD

Benefits:

  • Base salary up to A$130,000pa + Super
  • Penalty rates for overtime and on-call allowances
  • Fares out of Isolated Lands allowance
