Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Consultancy: Collaborate with clients to develop and refine their SAP strategy, providing expert guidance on system architecture, security, and performance optimization.
  • Complex System Architecture Design: Design and architect complex SAP systems, taking into account future growth and technological advancements.
  • Project Leadership: Lead large-scale SAP Basis projects from conception through delivery, overseeing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  • Technical Innovation and Thought Leadership: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in SAP technology, applying this knowledge to drive business value.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with SAP technology vendors and partners, ensuring seamless collaborations.
  • Mentorship and Talent Development: Mentor junior consultants, share knowledge, and contribute to their professional growth and development.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into SAP technology solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 10 years of relevant experience
  • Extensive experience as an SAP Basis Consultant, with expertise in SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and/or SAP S/4HANA
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think tactically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex SAP projects
  • Fluency in English
