As part of our hands-on Aftercare team, you will manage ongoing administration, support, and maintenance across various industries.
This role requires independent work on support tasks, incident resolution, and high-level technical change management.
You will handle complex technical requests in a customer-facing capacity.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with relevant teams to implement enhancements and maintain the SAP landscape, including: System installations System patching and upgrades System copies Full stack OS, application, and database administration Performance tuning Technical configuration management Incident and problem management SAP BASIS consulting, including service restoration, impact analysis, release management, and system roadmaps Implement configuration changes in non-production environments with proper testing and transport policies Provide SAP security advice and support, including training documentation SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEMinimum 5+ years SAP experience with broad knowledge of SAP technologies including ERP, S/4 HANA, BW/4 HANA, Cloud Connector, BTP Cockpit, Net Weaver, and SAP BW & SBOP BI/DS administration Strong SAP Basis and security knowledge covering system administration, performance, and lifecycle management Experience in a multi-client consultancy environment (SAP Partner)Knowledge of SAP components, operating systems, and database technologies HANA system administration, including HSR, plus experience with RDBMS like MSSQL, Max DB, DB2, or Oracle PSE and certificate management expertise Preferred skills: SAP ECS, SSO (SAML2), SNC & X-509/Kerberos, HANA, MSSQL, Oracle, Linux, Disaster Recovery, System Copies, Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, Focus Run Experience with cloud platforms such as RISE, Azure, or AWS is advantageous Exceptional troubleshooting skills with thorough RCA and incident remediation Effective communication skills in English for customer collaboration Self-sufficient, organized, proactive, and able to multitask and meet deadlines We offer engaging SAP projects to expand your skills and grow professionally within a supportive team at an established SAP Partner.
