About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team in delivering safe and effective personal and clinical care. This role offers the opportunity to work across acute, sub-acute, and community care settings at our Horsham and Dimboola campuses.

  • Provide high-quality care that aligns with each consumer's needs, goals, and preferences to optimize their health and well-being.
  • Foster a person-centred care environment that supports the unique needs of our consumers.
  • Permanent or fixed-term full-time, part-time, and casual positions are available.
  • Contribute to making a positive impact in the lives of our consumers while advancing your nursing career.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Communicate and accurately document information to support care planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure the rights, confidentiality, dignity, and respect of those receiving care are upheld.
  • Collaborate with the RN and other team members to develop appropriate plans of care.
  • Monitor, recognize, and report any variations in patient conditions and behaviors, and seek appropriate assistance.
Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA, with an NMBA-approved qualification in the administration of medicines.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution strategies.
  • Sound communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Good assessment and problem-solving skills.
