Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Kurrajong Lodge, a 36-bed aged care facility surrounded by native trees and wildlife. The successful candidate will provide person-centred care to a diverse group of residents, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in varied care settings.
- Participate in the provision of resident-focused, holistic care.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based nursing care to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with the Care Community Manager to facilitate best practice standards in nursing care.
- Eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold a current Practicing Certificate.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills, commensurate with experience.
