Enrolled Nurse Role
We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a dynamic environment.
About the Role
- Deliver care that aligns with each consumer's needs, goals, and preferences to optimize their health and well-being.
- Foster a culture that supports person-centred care and promotes positive outcomes.
- Work collaboratively across acute, sub-acute, and care communities at our Horsham and Dimboola campuses.
- Join a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with team members.
- Communicate and accurately document information to support care decisions.
- Ensure the rights, confidentiality, dignity, and respect of those receiving care are upheld.
- Develop appropriate care plans in collaboration with the RN and other team members.
- Monitor and report any variations in patient conditions and behaviours.
Skills & Experience
- Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA, with an NMBA-approved qualification in administration of medicines.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution strategies.
- Sound communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Good assessment and problem-solving skills.
