Job Overview

We are seeking a Materials Planning Specialist to join our organization in Sydney.

About the Role

  • Plan and manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process efficiencies and support business growth objectives.
  • Analyse supply and demand gaps, ensuring timely supply of products and coordinating with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage packaging material inventory and coordinate obsolete and slow-moving inventory (OSMI) stock management processes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Setting up Finished Goods and Material Master Data in SAP.
  • Daily and monthly planning KPIs to ensure service delivery.
  • Creating daily production planning schedules, aligned with maintenance plans, material availability, demand planning, and sequencing in planning optimiser.
  • Analysing data outputs and escalating material or supply challenges to relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in relevant supply chain disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in production and materials planning in SAP.
  • SAP experience in Master Data Management.
