Role Overview:

As an Agoda Homes Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and quality of our accommodation supply in the designated market. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional leadership and guidance to your team, empowering them to exceed expectations in acquiring high-quality listings, maintaining supply health, and developing a community of host network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute large-scale projects to scale supply in markets
  • Own the overall supply health of assigned portfolio
  • Drive the development of host network through community forums, host events, and market research
  • Communicate effectively with hosts to grow our business portfolio
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitiveness of Agoda Homes
  • Implement tools for tracking, review, and reporting of team/market performance
  • Analyze large data sets to uncover new opportunities for growth
  • Share relevant data and information with stakeholders to optimize performance
  • Coordinate with senior management on strategic vision and planning

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales and/or startup environments
  • Proven leadership skills, team leader, and team player
  • Proven track record of a self-starter who can think out of the box and execute projects autonomously
  • Fast learner, adaptable to change, and energized by it
  • Results-oriented strategic thinker with strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
