We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate rehabilitation professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in psychology or rehabilitation counselling and be registered with relevant authorities.
Your role will involve conducting meaningful assessments, guiding clients through life-changing career transitions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
You will work closely with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to identify barriers and design tailored return-to-work plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration. You will also visit workplaces to understand real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
We partner with businesses, organisations, and individuals throughout every stage of the employment journey, from pre-employment and workplace wellbeing to injury management and return-to-work services. Our services are best in class, person centric, and holistic, covering physical, mental, and psychosocial needs.
About the TeamYou will be part of a diverse and dynamic team of 8 consultants, including OTs, Physios, EPs, and RCs. We have a beautiful office environment with regular team-building activities and recognition programs in place.
