You hold a Master's in Psychology OR Rehabilitation Counselling and you're registered with AHPRA OR ASORC.The Role· As a Rehab Consultant, you'll be the trusted guide supporting injured individuals as they step back into the workforce.
· Championing clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions.
· Collaborating with a wide circle—building relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
· Identifying barriers and designing tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
· Visiting workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.The Office & Team· Our big beautiful office is in the centre of Surfers Paradise, with views of the canals & beach
· We have 8 incredible consultants in the team who are made up with a diverse mix of disciplines including OT's, Physios, EPs & RCs.
