Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to support production operations by troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving automated equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment involving pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
  • Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC logic to support manufacturing operations.
  • Perform robot programming, setup, and adjustments to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Apply basic fabrication skills for equipment repair and modification.
  • Work with Allen Bradley and Siemens systems for automation controls and integration.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and technical documentation.
  • Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and automation projects.
Required Qualifications:
  • Advanced experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
  • Proven experience with PLC logic programming and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with industrial robot programming.
  • Basic fabrication skills (welding, cutting, assembly, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Allen Bradley and Siemens automation systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

A relevant associate's degree or technical certification is preferred. Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment and strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
