Job Description:
You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless pre-arrival experience for guests, offering a warm welcome and personalised check-in, and managing the guest experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with departments to ensure smooth operations
- Conducting briefings to keep staff informed of special requests and guest needs
- Maintaining high standards of guest services and delivering exceptional experiences
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
