We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Assistant/Stock Controller to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience working in a busy pharmacy environment and can multitask across all areas of the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing medication and other pharmacy supplies.
- Assist pharmacists with dispensing prescriptions and other pharmacy tasks as required.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Friendly and outgoing demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard.
- Experience with stock management, purchasing, invoicing, and database management.
- Ability to review and analyze reports using MINFOS.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Qualifications such as S2/S3 certificate for the supply of pharmacy and pharmacist medications would be an advantage.
