Dynamic Rotational Pharmacy Professional Wanted

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rotational Pharmacist to join our dynamic pharmacy department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-focused care in a rotational pharmacy role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide expert clinical services to patients and their families/carers.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal health outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years hospital pharmacy experience.
- Demonstrated meeting of grade 2 pharmacist requirements.
- Excellent clinical knowledge and skills.
- Ability to provide patient-focused care in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
