  • Evaluate and maintain the cleanliness and setup of consultation rooms to ensure a welcoming environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar front office or administrative role within a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, focusing on excellent customer service and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably within a health setting.
  • Familiarity with Medicare processes and medical software systems, such as Profile Medical Record System.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
