Fleet Management Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the safe, efficient and reliable operation of our vehicle fleet.
The successful candidate will bring expertise in procurement, contract management and vehicle administration to deliver cost-effective and compliant outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and administer fleet policy in support of operational continuity, sustainability and optimising total operating cost outcomes.
- Work closely with logistics, finance, regional directors and external providers to ensure ongoing alignment of fleet policy to related government, health and industry best practice.
The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and/or a combination of qualifications and substantial experience in fleet management and operations, demonstrating a solid foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of the role.
Key Requirements:- Strong experience in fleet operations and management, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, disposal, and overall portfolio oversight.
- Proficient in corporate financial and administrative systems, with hands-on experience using fleet management and telematics platforms to support operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise and insightful reports, option analyses, presentations and briefings tailored to diverse audiences.
