Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers on weekends. Your role will involve ensuring timely and helpful support, while also acting as a bridge between our community and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide email communication support to campaigners and donors as they launch campaigns, make donations, and navigate our tools and products.
  • Advocate for our community by sharing insights and feedback with the Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure customer needs remain at the heart of what we do.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our customer support and improve how we interact with and assist our community.
  • Maintain our knowledge base, updating and refining articles so customers can easily find relevant and up-to-date information.
  • Help maintain a safe community by identifying and addressing illegitimate campaigns.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in a customer support role.
  • A strong communicator who can clearly explain complex information while keeping responses friendly and engaging.
  • Customer-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Highly organized and efficient, able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A strong growth mindset – not afraid to take risks, fail, and learn.
