The Role

As an Indie Campers Revenue Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive APAC's regional performance. This includes analyzing market trends, managing trading activities, and implementing plans to optimize commercial outcomes. Your efforts will directly impact regional growth and profitability.

You'll join our Revenue team in our APAC regional office, working closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams. Your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping our regional commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive regional performance.
  2. Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  3. Manage trading activities, including pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
  4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to regional gross margin, nights traveled, and revenue.
  5. Cross-functional collaboration with HQ teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans.
  6. Lead and participate in strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing regional performance and achieving commercial targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial planning, trading, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in commercial planning and trading software and tools.
