Lab Technician/Assistant Job

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic food industry environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine quality assurance tasks, communicating effectively with other departments, and assisting in shelf life testing.

  1. Perform daily equipment calibration prior to testing.
  2. Collect and preserve retention and shelf life samples according to laboratory best practices.
  3. Liaise with other departments to ensure ongoing product and quality system improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A diploma or degree in Food Science or relevant laboratory/industry experience.
  • Experience in food testing within a food laboratory setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
