Media Concepts Specialist

As a Trading Assistant, you will support the trading function for some of Australia's most recognised brands. This is an entry-level role in our Sydney team, offering the opportunity to work under pressure and develop skills in media concepts, terminology, and execution of key media tools/platforms.
Key responsibilities include ensuring all media goals and strategies are delivered and executed within time frames, assisting traders/head of trading in market research and analysis when required, developing a thorough understanding of basic media concepts, terminology, media maths, media trading, and execution of key media tools/platforms.
You will be accountable for day-to-day account management and implementation of campaigns, providing administrative services such as arrangement of meetings, preparation of WIPs, compilation of project reports, and checking booking confirmations and pre-times, campaign monitoring, post-analysis matching, and reporting under the guidance of your direct manager.
Additionally, you will assist the team during invoicing and reconciliation, financial administration, generate creative ideas within role accountabilities (process improvements etc.), and actively contribute to idea generation and optimisation.
