Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Support Worker team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality home care services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a group of dedicated support workers, providing regular supervision, coaching, and mentoring to ensure best practice and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a positive ambassador for the organization, showcasing its values and commitment to excellence.
  • Work closely with the State Team to ensure clients and care workers have a great experience.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to attract and retain clients.
  • Support recruitment efforts by helping to build and manage a strong care workforce.
  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of high-quality home care services to clients.
  • Create and run engagement strategies to support and retain the workforce.
  • Represent the organization at community and recruitment events to attract new care workers.
