Requirements:
">- Minimum 3 years of hospitality or café management experience.
- A confident leader with strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Financially savvy with budgeting and P&L experience.
- Proficient in POS and inventory management systems.
- Barista experience including espresso machine operation and basic latte art.
- Food Safety Level 2 accreditation.
- First Aid & CPR certified.
- Certificate or higher in Hospitality Management or Business.
- A proactive, hands-on manager with the ability to lead by example during peak service times.
