Customer Service Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team as a warranty and service specialist.

  • Handling inbound customer calls and making outbound calls when required.
  • Supporting customers in resolving product warranty issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with our onsite quality assurance team for technical support.
  • Addressing customer complaints and working on solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Managing and diagnosing customer warranty requests.
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing clear effective solutions.
  • Providing outstanding customer service and product advice.
  • Ensuring customer records are kept updated within our database.
  • Managing day-to-day requirements; including processing of work orders and invoices and arranging suspected product returns.
  • Monitoring and reporting on claims, issues and procedural metrics.
  • Promoting and upholding safety and wellbeing.
About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude and computer skills, preferably with Microsoft.

We are looking for a confident individual who can thrive working within a team environment and has a proven track record of conflict resolution and problem solving.

Key Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, specifically in warranty and after sales.
  • 3+ years of experience in a high-volume inbound call centre environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical aptitude and proficiency in computer skills.
