The OpportunityAs a key member of the Product & Retirement team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing product and retirement income strategies. You will lead initiatives that enhance our product offering, drive member engagement, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic product and retirement initiatives aligned with our vision.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance standards.
- Analyse market trends and member insights to inform product enhancements.
- Drive operational excellence and support distribution strategies.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in retirement product management or strategy including proven experience in design and delivery of new to market solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the superannuation industry and regulatory landscape.
- Proven ability to develop and operationalise product strategies and roadmaps.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance, marketing or a related discipline.
