We are seeking a motivated Franchise Partner Onboarding Specialist to play a critical role in guiding new franchise partners through their journey.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive support and training to ensure a successful start for new franchise partners.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions on operational processes, tutoring methodologies, and business strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, serving as a primary point of contact for all onboarding-related inquiries.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing the onboarding process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
- Monitor the performance of newly onboarded franchise partners and provide ongoing support to address any challenges or concerns.
- Experience in franchise and business coaching is highly desirable.
- Ability to work closely with franchise partners across multiple locations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
