Child Development Specialist

The Brighter Beginnings Program is a collaborative initiative between NSW Health and the NSW Department of Education to provide health and development screening to children in early childhood education and care services as part of the First 2000 Days program.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver, report, evaluate, and continuously improve the program across the Northern NSW Local Health District.
- Develop and communicate information, education, care navigation, and referral pathways with parents/carers and early childhood educators.
This role plays a critical part in supporting the health and wellbeing of children in Northern NSW. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families and contribute to the development of a supportive healthcare community.
