\About the Role\

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Night Auditor to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the resort during the overnight shift, checking in late arrivals, ensuring a seamless guest experience, handling daily financial transactions, end-of-day reporting, managing issues or emergencies, and delivering high standards of customer service.

  • Oversee night audit processes to ensure accuracy of end-of-day procedures, revenue, transactions, payments, security, and reporting\
  • Facilitate guest check-ins & check-outs and provide information about accommodation, rates, and amenities\
  • Monitor, address, and resolve overnight operational or guest issues and emergencies\
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to meet guest needs\
  • Conduct audits, identify improvements, and implement changes
\Requirements\

To be successful, you will need:

\
  • Previous night auditor experience & knowledge in a front office 4-5 star hotel / resort environment\
  • PMS experience, Opera preferred, and proficiency in MS Office applications\
  • Understanding of financial processes, information, and data\
  • High attention to detail, excellent administration, and organisational skills\
  • Hold or ability to obtain a Qld Working with Children Check Blue Card\
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
