About the Role

Deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring seamless overnight operations at our resort.

This exciting opportunity will see you working as a Night Auditor, overseeing the efficient management of the front office during late-night hours. You will be responsible for checking in late arrivals, handling daily financial transactions, and providing high standards of customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee night audit process to ensure accuracy of end-of-day procedures, revenue, transactions, payments, security, and reporting
  • Facilitate guest check-ins & check-outs, providing information on accommodation, rates, and amenities
  • Monitor, address, and resolve operational or guest issues and emergencies
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to meet guest needs
  • Conduct audits, identify improvements, and implement changes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Night Auditor in a 4-5 star hotel/resort environment
  • Knowledge of PMS systems, preferably Opera, and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • A strong understanding of financial processes, data, and analysis
  • Excellent administration, organization, and attention to detail skills
  • The ability to hold or obtain a Working with Children Check Blue Card
  • Superior communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
