Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Care Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide domestic assistance to older people living in their own homes, empowering their independence and improving their quality of life.


Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces according to schedules.
  • Change bed linen, make beds, and ensure overall comfort and hygiene.
  • Assist with laundry.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies to ensure the well-being of clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian Federal Police Clearance.
  • Current CPR / First Aid Certificate.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance is required).
  • Smartphone with internet access.
