**Must Haves**
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
- Basic skills with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.
- Driver's license with current comprehensive insurance
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- A Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care or Disability Support
- NDIS Workers Screening Card and NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
- COVID Vaccination (2 doses)
- 100 points of Identification
- Right to work in Australia

**Nice to Have's**
- 6 months of experience as a Personal Home Care Support Worker/ Assistant in healthcare preferred (in homes or facilities)
- Empathy and Compassion
- Dependability
- Practical Thinking
