Right at Home is a trusted provider of premium in-home care services across Australia. We're committed to improving quality of life by delivering the **Right Care, Right at Home**. We support clients with a range of care needs including post-operative recovery, dementia, complex care, and disability support (including NDIS participants).

We're hiring **qualified Personal Home Care Workers** to support clients in their homes across **Mudgeeraba, Burleigh Heads, Miami, Currumbin and nearby suburbs**.

**About the Role**:
As a Personal Home Care Worker, you'll travel across the Gold Coast, delivering tailored, one-on-one care in clients' homes. You'll empower people to live independently and comfortably - while building strong, respectful relationships.

Approx. **15 hours per week** with flexibility to suit your schedule.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Personal care support (e.g. showering, grooming, dressing, medication prompts)
- Social support (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, companionship)
- Domestic tasks (e.g. light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
- Support with mobility, transfers, and assistive equipment
- Assist clients with complex or challenging needs
- Monitor wellbeing and report on any health or safety concerns
- Communicate clearly with care coordinators through an app on daily notes with each service visit

**What You'll Bring**:

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Reliable vehicle with valid driver's licence and insurance
- Smartphone with internet access for communication and updates
