Dynamic Revenue Coordinator Role

This is a highly sought-after position that requires the ability to coordinate data collection and manage data entry across various systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with hotel staff and clients.

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating the refinement of essential hotel data, ensuring accuracy and completeness in databases used for tenders, GDS, branded websites, and other distribution platforms. They will also need to accurately enter and update hotel information across GDS and other third-party distribution systems, ensuring consistent and high-quality content.

In addition, the Dynamic Revenue Coordinator will be responsible for loading new hotel properties into EVT's Central Reservation System (CRS), branded websites, GDS, and additional distribution channels in line with brand standards and timelines. They will work closely with Group Revenue Managers to support, implement, and control yield management initiatives, configuring rates in alignment with strategic pricing objectives.

The role also involves optimizing system configurations, evaluating Opera's rate management tools and features to recommend optimal configurations that maximize the effectiveness of available distribution channels. Furthermore, the Dynamic Revenue Coordinator will ensure rate integrity by monitoring and maintaining rate parity and consistency across all connected systems, including Opera, SiteMinder, and GDS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Data Collection: Lead the coordination and refinement of essential hotel data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of databases used for tenders, GDS, branded websites, and other distribution platforms.
  • Manage Data Entry Across Systems: Accurately enter and update hotel information across GDS and other third-party distribution systems, ensuring consistent and high-quality content.
