We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained, and providing exceptional customer service to tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including routine inspections, maintenance requests, and lease renewals.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, owners, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in property management, preferably with a focus on residential or commercial properties.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based software and property management systems, such as Managed App and Inspection Express.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
