Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a part-time basis.

 

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
  • Troubleshoot and fix various issues, utilizing strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to ensure excellent customer service.

 

Requirements:

  • Well-organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, with a strong skillset in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • A current White Card and Working With Children Check are also required.
