Job Overview

The Senior Workforce Support Officer is a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive employee support services. This position plays a key part in addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive work environment.

  • This involves implementing effective strategies to mitigate psychosocial hazards and respond to sensitive workplace issues.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering training programs that enhance workplace cultures.
  • Responsibilities also include providing support for employees impacted by family and domestic violence, sexual harassment, bullying, and harassment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of Department service model.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that positively impact workplace cultures.
  • Respond to disclosures of family and domestic violence, sexual harassment, bullying, and harassment.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in creating and delivering training programs.
  • Experience in responding to sensitive workplace issues such as family and domestic violence, sexual harassment, bullying, and harassment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of gender-based violence and primary prevention strategies.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in public health, health promotion, psychology, or social work.
