Role Description

The Technical Product Engineer is the local technical authority for reverse vending machines.

This key role serves as a liaison between partners, customers, technicians, and system users, acting as a conduit between global headquarters and local operations.

A deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, combined with analytical skills, will be essential in performing daily tasks:

  1. Developing comprehensive knowledge of product portfolios.
  2. Analyzing data from installed machines, reporting findings, and following up according to service level agreement requirements.
  3. Suggesting, developing, testing, and implementing performance improvements.
  4. Acting as the escalation point for technical queries related to RVMs and resolving issues.
  5. Performing software and hardware testing.
  6. Creating and maintaining training materials and product documentation.
  7. Delivering training to technicians, field teams, and service operators.
  8. Developing market-specific solutions for equipment and RVMs.
  9. Supporting various projects within local operations.
  10. Assisting with machine installation and deployment.
  11. Implementing performance enhancements across RVM portfolios.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solution-oriented and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new concepts.
  • Previous hands-on or field experience (preferred).
  • Proven experience in product development or system improvements.
