Technical Specialist Role

Job Overview:

The Technical Specialist will serve as the local expert on our reverse vending products, interfacing with various stakeholders including partners, customers, technicians, and system users. They will act as a liaison between our Australian office and our global headquarters, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Create market-specific databases for RVM recognition.
  • Analyze and report on data collected from RVMs installed in the market.
  • Provide technical input to the organization regarding machine capabilities and configuration options.
  • Serve as the escalation point for technical requests and resolve issues.
  • Deliver comprehensive training to local technicians and service centre operators.
  • Suggest and implement performance-enhancing actions across our RVM portfolio.

  • Hands-on or field experience is preferred.
  • A degree in Engineering - Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated prioritization of safety protocols.
